Exclusive cancer screening program - men
Considerable rate of mortality is attributed to oncological diseases. The most often causes of death are prostate carcinoma, stomach cancer, colon cancer, and, of course, lung cancer. Bad habbits including alcohol consumption, smoking, lack of physical activity and stress may cause the cancerous diseases. Age is a risk factor too: for example, probability of development of prostate carcinoma upon the age of 50 increases by 5.8 times.
That is why physicians always recommend to undergo regular medical examinations. It allows determination of the complete picture of diseases, identification of predisposition to any form of cancer, and development of the effective preventive program.
Anadolu Medical Center developed the exclusive cancer screening program for men. This program includes complex and broad-spectrum examination of the whole body: thoracic computer tomography, abdominal and pelvic MRI, thyroid gland ultrasound, a set of biochemical analyses.
Moreover, the patient is examined for tumor markers: PSA (prostate specific antigen), free PSA, alpha-fetoprotein, etc.
Upon completion of the screening, the patient gets the complete medical assessment report with detailed recommendations and preventive measures to be taken.
